Garden Sharing Program - meet your match

Do you want to grow tomatoes but lack a good space to do it in? Do you have potential garden space but no interest in working it or want someone to work it with you—or instead of you?

In a town like Brookline, with neighborhoods ranging from dense urban apartment blocks to single family houses to grand estates, there is bound to be some mismatch between people who would like to have a vegetable garden but don't have space and people who have space but don't have the time, energy or know-how to put in a garden. Garden sharing is a perfect solution - a way to share not only the physical space, but also the work, the knowledge, the camaraderie and the produce.

Bountiful Brookline is starting a dedicated email address for people seeking gardening space and people wishing to provide space for gardening. We will do our best to facilitate contact between people who want to make a match for garden sharing. Write to brooklinegardenmatch@gmail.com.
